Integrity Log
Code of Conduct & Investigation Standards
- Violations: Sharing source code, maintaining duplicate accounts, or consulting external aid during active contests.
- Evidence Standard: Algorithmic similarity detection flags are never treated as conclusive on their own. Organizers conduct line-by-line AST comparison and inspection of submission timestamps.
- Dual-Review Mandate: Disqualification requires unanimous agreement by at least two independent scientific coordinators.
- Due Process: Accused candidates are formally notified and granted an appeal window before public logging.
- Factual Reporting: The public integrity register records verified facts only: contest, violation category, sanction. Commentary is prohibited.
